Today’s youth have to face and combat many challenges . The physical , hormonal and emotional variations are rapid during this stage. Also the expectation and pressure that is placed on today’s youth put them at risk for a variety of mental health disorders including: identity crisis, anxiety, eating disorders , social isolation ,stress ,depression, anti social activities and even self harm .

Many a times adolescents have conflict with family members, friends or inner self and they need professional advice.

We intend to help adolescents and make sense of their feelings and behaviour by providing sympathetic and non-judgmental support. We help them to understand and explore their feelings , identifying possible trauma and making an confident move. Together, the adolescent and the counsellor discuss possibilities, solutions and learn new skills. It is critical they become mental health literate and learn to distinguish normal acceptable teenage behavior from a more serious mental disorders.
